Obama: "Basic Standard Of Decency" Allows Illegals To Be Treated
Didn't Obama just say that Illegals would not be covered under the plan and republicans who would say they were, are just trying to kill the health bill. Someone should report that to the misinformation website that Barack set up. I wish those libs would stop lying. Tell us up front the crazy things you want to do with our money so then we can tell you exactly how we feel.

Happy there are 2 opposing views
In a society such as ours, where freedom for all is so important, I am happy that there are opposing views being expressed. The idea of no dissent in this society is a scary thought. If there were no opposing view you would have to wonder what kind of misinformation is being fed to you without any checks. There are more than 2 ideas even. The current president himself has 2 opposing ideas fighting to be heard everytime he speaks. I think it is great that the president pretends that every crazy thing he says, can be explained away by saying the people who recorded him saying that crazy thing, are crazy. Without the many liberal outlets covering for the president, those liberal people may have to rethink who they voted for.
It is great to know that If I don't agree with an idea, I can look elsewhere for what I consider to be a better solution. There are those who feel more comfortable listening to a liberal minded media. I do not. I know what my opinion is and seek out others who share my opinion. I do not think it is helpful to forcefully shut one media source down because I disagree with their views. There is one TV Channel that supports my view, and 15 channels that opposes my view. Though I rarely watch TV for my news and find myself talking to the TV no matter what news source is on.
I think that those people who have 15 pro-liberal stations supporting them should be happy that they have so many sources. As for Fox News, they are extremely happy that they are the only non-Liberal source that provides half the nation with their news. It is a business and they earn alot of advertising money due to ratings that are higher than other news sources. I mainly listen to talk radio though. I enjoy it and think that those who are liberal and have found there is few sources on Talk Radio, should still be happy their views are shared on so many TV news stations.

Conservatives use their own money for Charity
I have for a long time looked at liberals as the worst kind of hypocrites. Their ideals are such as to say we want government to fulfill our desires to be good, because we don't want to be bothered with the difficulties of actually being good, moral stewards. They would like others to be forced to do what they seem to be a righteous cause, but they don't actually want to do it themselves. That is why they need the government to do their charitable work for them. Take others money to do good. Definitely something to feel good about, I guess. And they can always complain that others didn't give enough. They just have to hope that no one asks how much they have given.

Canadian Top Doctor looking for private doctors to fix problems
The incoming president of the Canadian Medical Association says this country's [Canada's]health-care system is sick and doctors need to develop a plan to cure it.

Where is that pesky birth certificate?
A military man had his orders revoked since Obama can't prove that he is a US born citizen. This article offers an extensive report about it. My feelings of him not being a US citizen have faded, but I wonder why he would not resolve this. Is it to give the so called "birthers" something to worry and be angry about keeping them from the real conspiracy? Is it to be able to call them all right wing crazies? Proving natural citizenship to be the President of the United States shouldn't be frowned on or mocked. It is part of the constitution. I do still believe President Obama doesn't respect the constitution nor the rights and freedoms given to the people by God.

The Hitler/Obama comparison
I read this from a commenter that goes by the name of "Dream Team" on KSLs website after an article that had nothing to do with this, but the comments led him to making this statement.
I found it interesting the connection he made.
"I thought I would never be able to experience what the ordinary, moral German felt in the mid-1930s. In those times,the savior was a former smooth-talking rabble-rouser from the streets, about whom the average German knew next to nothing.. What they did know was that he was associated with groups that shouted, shoved, and pushed around people with whom they disagreed, he edged his way onto the political stage through great oratory and promises.. Economic times were tough, people were losing jobs, and he was a great speaker. And he smiled and waved a lot. And people, even newspapers, were afraid to speak out for fear that his "brown shirts" would bully them into submission. And then he was duly elected to office, with a full-throttled economic crisis at hand (the Great Depression). Slowly but surely he seized the controls of government power, department by department, person by person, bureaucracy by bureaucracy. The kids joined a Youth Movement in his name,where they were taught what to think. How did he get the people on his side? He did it promising jobs to the jobless, money to the moneyless, and the children, advocating gun control, health care for all, better wages, better jobs, and promising to re-instill pride once again in the country, across Europe, and across the world. He did it with a compliant media-Did you know that? And he did this all in the name of justice and....Change. And the people surely got what they voted for. (Look it up if you think I'm exaggerating) Read your history books. Many people objected in 1933. Don't forget that Germany was the most educated, cultured country in Europe. It was full of music, art, museums, hospitals,laboratories, and universities. And in less than six years- a shorter time span than just two terms of the U.S. presidency- it was rounding up its own citizens, killing others, aborogating its laws, turning children against parents, and neighbors against neighbors. All with the best of intentions, of course.
I've never been so afraid for my country and for my children as I am now. This man (Obama) campaigned on bringing people together, something he has never, ever done in his professional life. In my assessment, Obama will divide us along philosophical lines, push us apart and then try to realign the pieces into a new and different power structure. CHANGE is indeed coming. And when it comes, we will never see the same nation again.

Better get nationalized health care passed before any one finds out...
that England and Canada are going back towards private health care. Better not put that on the news, it would be terrible if people new the truth about public health care.
I don't have experience with state run health care, but I found this comment left after this article on forbes.com interesting.
"Democrats will do to the medical industry what they've done to schooling: made it public, and made it sub-standard, and far from world class.
I am on the NJ state plan for health care and it's "horrible" in the words of my physician, and I agree. I am on the plan because NJ "crowded out" my college alumni health insurance which was affordable and would cover major medical. The alumni insurance is available in 48 states except New York and NJ due to overregulation meaning the insurance is mandated to cover an enormous amount of services, many of which I don't even want. Therefore, because so many other insurances are also "crowded out" of New Jersey the remaining available ones are too expensive.I am now waiting on my appeal for an MRI, which has been denied. I have injured my neck so severely that my hearing is cutting in and out intermittently, like a broken stereo speaker, and I'm having sudden dizzy spells. I am 49 and in excellent health, otherwise. I have used the insurance very little, but my doctor said he expected them to deny the MRI even though it is obvious that I need it. Now I'm living on Vicodin for the last 2 months until this gets sorted out. If it ever gets sorted out. I don't have a lot of hope. The doctor said he may have to send me to an expensive specialist in order to get the MRI approved through that doctor. He said the state system was extremely wasteful and complicated.I have processed insurance claims for doctors professionally for several years, and I have never dealt with a more dysfunctional system than the NJ state system. From the very beginning, it took more than 15 phone calls for them to get the original sign-up right. THEN, when they gave me a list of doctors to call, all 30 (THIRTY!) phone numbers were invalid. The phone numbers went to teenagers cell phones, disconnected numbers and offices that said they'd never had taken the state insurance ever. I wish this plan on all liberals."

If I Regulate Ethical Behavior for Everyone Else, I Don't Have to be Ethical. Right?
Our Unethical Democratic leader over seeing the Senate Ethics committee has found her self found out. Are you trying to tell Senator Feinstein that it is not ethical to funnel millions of dollars of taxpayer money to her husband. That seems like it could be a gray area.
What is wrong with these people? Why is she still holding public office? Why is she not considered to be too mentally retarded (no offense to the mentally retarded) to be in charge of the other unethical politicians?

Another Black display of racism
Joyce Johnson, A black woman, was fired for backing Michael Bloomberg, a white man, for Mayor. For Full Article Click Here. The company Black Equity Alliance told her it doesn't look right when the CEO backs a white person instead of a black person. How come there aren't more companies that focus on white's only? I wouldn't support them, but it is ironic that there are so many companies specifically for black people that don't think that it is odd that they call white people racists. Hmmm?
